lamb meat quickly prepared and open to everyone. Proof that delicious wok recipe for’Lamb with’pineapple and coconut
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 600 g of chopped tolamb (Shoulder or leg)
- 1 onion
- 200 g of fresh pineapple cubes
- 2 c. tablespoons of raisins
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- 1 olive oil net
- Salt and pepper
Wok lamb with pineapple and coconut
- Fry the sliced lamb over high heat with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Once coloring book meat and keep warm.
- Sweat the onion, add the pineapple and raisins.
- Cook for 1 min, then deglaze with coconut milk, reduce slightly.
