Parsnip veloute lorange


Parsnips are a slightly sweet fruit that blends perfectly with the’orange, especially in this delicious recipe for cream of parsnip in’orange.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 600 g parsnip
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 orange
  • 30 cl of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 onion
  • 20g salted butter
  • 50 cl vegetable broth
  • Salt, pepper.

Cream of parsnip in’orange

Cook the parsnips steam 20 min.

After 10 min, add the potato.
