Tomato tatin reversing

Like the concept of apple pie and vegetables you love tomatoes, so here is a recipe that also déliciseuse, tomato tatin.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 4-5 beautiful tomatoes (Type of beef heart or cluster)
  • 1 or 2 onions (Depending on size)
  • 25g butter
  • 3 tbsp’oil’olive
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar

Recipe of tomato tatin:

The success of the tomato tarte lies mainly in cooking tomatoes because this pie is best when tomatoes are slightly candied.

  • Start by washing tomatoes
  • Cut the tomatoes into 2
  • Peel and finely chop the’onion
  • Melt butter with’oil’olive oil in a large skillet
  • Gently fry the onions until’in that’it lightly browned
  • Ask over half of the tomatoes and pour the balsamic vinegar
  • Cover and cook 15 minutes over low heat

In the meantime,

  • Preheat oven to 180 °
  • Butter a pie dish
  • At the bottom of the dish, arrange the tomato halves to cover the entire surface, overlapping slightly (skin side down in the dish)
  • Then sprinkle with sugar
  • Add onions
  • Pour the cooking juices
  • Cover everything with puff pastry
  • Bake in oven for 30 min at 180 °
  • Remove from pan and serve immediately
