Smoked salmon sandwich with vegetables marine grills, olives and preserved lemon


Here's a toast Smoked salmon with pickled vegetables / grilled, olives and preserved lemon, fragrant and as tasty as an original idea for a picnic or lunch on the go.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 baguette Rétrodor
  • 4 slices ofeggplant marinated / grilled
  • 200g salmon smoked
  • 4 slats zucchini marinated / grilled
  • 40g black olives
  • ½ lemon confit

Cut the baguette lengthwise Rétrodor can achieve in both parties, 3 slices of equal size.

Spread in the order and on each slice of bread, a strip of’eggplant, zucchini slide and 50g smoked salmon.

Cut into thin strips black olives and preserved lemon and sprinkle ½-in on each slice.
