Tartine pear-chocolate

At breakfast to dessert, treat yourself with this slice pear chocolate, as greedy as easy and quick to perform.

C’is an original idea that should surprise as much as enjoy!

Ingredients (2 slices)

  • ¼ traditional French baguette Rétrodor
  • Sugar 150g
  • 15cl single cream
  • 1 pear farm
  • 60g chocolate black

Cut the Rétrodor in 2 parts in the lengthwise and then cut pieces of 10/15 cm in width.

Cut the pears into small cubes.

In a saucepan over low heat, put the sugar and mix well to make a caramel.

Put cream in the microwave 20 seconds.

After obtaining caramel, add the cream and mix, long, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture and set aside.

On the bread, top of the caramel mixture, add the diced pear and sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings.
