May the first rays of sun appear, parks and gardens are filled, Rétrodor announces the picnic season opened with its first spring recipe created by Gilles Choukroun.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 baguette of French Tradition Rétrodor
- Tartar sauce
- 8 leaves of Romaine
- 200g chicken breast
- 12 marinated anchovy fillets in oil
- 40g parmesan
- 1 tomato fresh
Recipe for bread Caesar salad:
Cut the baguette lengthwise Rétrodor can achieve in both parties, 3 slices of equal size.
Sprinkle a few drops of tartar sauce, then add the leaves of Romaine cut into the width (count 2 sheets per slice).
Remove the seeds of tomato by gently pressing into the palm of the hand, after having halved to flow pulp and seeds, cut into thin slices in order to drop some on each slice.
Spread over previously cut a few slices of chicken breast, nets of’anchovies and parmesan.
Add back a little tartar sauce.
