Pie with salmon, spinach and cheddar

Treat yourself with this delicious salmon pie recipe, cheddar and spinach, a tasty and creamy marriage.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 250 Cheddar
  • 250 g salmon smoked
  • 150 d’spinach Frozen
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl fresh cream
  • 15 cl milk

Thaw spinach

Cut thin slice Cheddar

Place half of the slices in the bottom of the dough

Arrange the salmon on top

In a bowl,

Add spinach and mix again

Pour over cheddar and smoked salmon

Add on top the rest of Cheddar

Bake for 25 minutes cooking at 180 °

Serve with a good salad
