Serves 4 to 6 people:

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 g blueberries wild
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 yolks’egg
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 3 c. tablespoons icing sugar
  • salt

Recipe for blueberry pie

This delicious blueberry pie recipe is easy and can just as well be prepared with pastry already prepared as frozen blueberries.

Preparing the pastry:

  • Cut the butter into small pieces, put it on a plate and allow the’it softens
  • Put the flour in a bowl
  • Dig a hole in which you add the sugar and salt and butter softened
  • Erode all with fingers so as to obtain a paste-like sand
  • Break the egg and’add and knead the dough so as to obtain a homogeneous mixture

Meanwhile, prepare blueberries:
