  • 2 kiwis

Recipe of tartare of mango and kiwi:

  1. Peel the mango and cut the two rounded sides.
  2. Cut strips of flesh, then small cubes.
  3. Cut the remaining parts around the core and cut in small cubes.
  4. This results in a mango brunoise.
  5. Trim the ends and peel the kiwi with a peeler. Cut into small cubes and mix with diced mango.
