This dessert of’autumn with seasonal fruit and cider poached delight your guests, the fruit soup with cider syrup
Ingredients for 6 people:
- 6 fresh figs
- 4 apples Granny Smith
- 4 pears
- 1 bunch of white grapes and 1 black
- 250 g plums
- 1 orange
- 100 g of sugar
- 1l autumn cider
- 1 lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 vanilla pod
Recipe of the fruit soup with cider syrup
In a saucepan, prepare the syrup with the cider, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla that will split in advance.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
Wash and cut the figs in 2. Peel and cut apples and pears into quarters, the lemon them.
Pit the plums.
