Soup radish tops and turnips

In radishes and turnips, nothing is lost, everything is cooking!

Low in calories and excellent d’a nutritional point of view, the tops are also rich in taste and flavor!

Serves 4 to 6 people:

  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch turnips new
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 liter chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 knob of butter

Recipe soup radish and turnip tops:

  • Start by cutting the radish tops and turnips and clean them,
  • Peel and mince the’onion
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slice

In a large saucepan,

  • Melt a knob of butter
  • Add the stalks and cook a few moments
  • Add the potatoes and’chopped onion
  • Pour the chicken stock
  • Cook up’that the potatoes are tender (about 10 minutes)
  • Mix everything
