Soup with pumpkin and chestnuts

With its pronounced taste slightly sweet chestnut, pumpkin is the figure of King soups and velvety.

By adding a few chestnuts in your preparation, you reveal a little more flavors of your soup pumpkin.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 1 or 2 pumpkin (All must weigh about 1 kg integer)
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g chestnuts ready leather (vacuum)
  • 15 cl fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper

Soup recipe pumpkin and chestnut:

Start by cutting the pumpkin into 4 and remove seeds with’inside

Peel the pumpkins and potatoes and cut into large pieces

Peel and mince the’onion,

Boil 1 liter’brine,

Immerse the pumpkin, potato, the’onions and chestnuts in’boiling water,

Leave Leather 15 minutes over medium heat,

Once cooked vegetables, mix everything and add the cream,

Rectify’seasoning with salt and pepper

Serve velvety hot,
