Smoothie figs, bananas and honey


The snack or a drink, it's always a pleasure to revel a tasty smoothie. Quick and easy to prepare, this recipe home will delight both young and old. All your blenders!

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 figs ripe
  • 20 cl milk
  • 3 c. soup honey
  • 4 ice cubes

The recipe for fig smoothie, banana and honey

  • Rinse the figs and remove the stalks. Chop coarsely and place the pieces in your blender or mixer.
  • Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Pour into blender.
  • Add in the milk, honey and ice cubes and blend all for about 30 seconds.
  • Serve the creamy mixture into glasses and enjoy the glamorous design.
