Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1 banana
- 2 figs ripe
- 20 cl milk
- 3 c. soup honey
- 4 ice cubes
The recipe for fig smoothie, banana and honey
- Rinse the figs and remove the stalks. Chop coarsely and place the pieces in your blender or mixer.
- Peel bananas and cut into pieces. Pour into blender.
- Add in the milk, honey and ice cubes and blend all for about 30 seconds.
- Serve the creamy mixture into glasses and enjoy the glamorous design.
