Onion soup au gratin

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 350 g’onions yellow
  • 25g butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 liter’water
  • 4 slices of thick bread
  • 125 g grated cheese (Emmentaler, Gruyere or county)

Soup recipe to’onion gratin:

  • Start by peeling the onion
  • Boil’water in a saucepan
  • Finely chop onions
  • Melt the butter in a Dutch oven
