Dt salad shell dartichaut

A real salad’was based’artichoke, cherry tomato, arugula, Parmesan and basil into a lighter meal tasty.

Baking : 15 min

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 artichokes
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100g parmesan petals (or Parmesan song)
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of’oil’olive
  • 2 tbsp of pesto
  • 1 stalk basil

Wash artichokes then the whole cook in salted water pressure cooker about 15 min. The cool.

In the meantime,

  • Wash and dry the tomatoes, arugula and basil.

In a bowl,

  • Pour the balsamic vinegar, pesto and olive oil. Mix well.
  • Place in the bowl cherry tomatoes halved, the arugula and basil chiseled.
  • Mix well.

Open the artichoke center Out - practicing rotation - the cone of central leaves. Then remove the hay.

Garnish the center of each artichoke pesto salad.

Alternatively enjoy the salad and soft base artichoke leaves.
