Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 g potatoes
- 1 onion white again
- 1? 4 Bouquet parsley
- 1 horseradish
- 4 tbsp. à soup cranberries
- 3 tbsp. à Tablespoons’a mémixture of’Algae séchées
- 1 tsp. à soup gomasio
For the sauce:
- 2 pots of yogurt à 0% of M.G.
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
Recipe salad slimming potatoes
Wash the potatoes and cook à vapor between 15 and 20 minutes depending on the matéused rielé. Once cooked, leave to cool (about 1 hour) and éplucher. Cut into pieces, put them in a bowl.
For the yogurt sauce:
In a large ramekin,
- Pour yogurt
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper

Wash and émincer white onion without its stem.
