Kale salad, celery and raisins


Raw vegetables keep all their properties when’they are raw and wonderful recipes allow to taste.

Here's one with the green coleslaw, celery and raisins.

Serves 4 to 6 people:

  • 300g cabbage green
  • 200 g celery
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 5 tbsp of’oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 small tsp sugar
  • Raisins
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe of the kale salad and celery

Start with good peel and clean the celery and cabbage-green

  • Slice into thin strips

Prepare a mayonnaise,

  • Mix the yolk’egg, mustard and’oil
  • When the mayonnaise is made, add the vinegar
  • Add the sugar
  • Salt and pepper

In a bowl,

  • Combine celery, cauliflower, green and mayonnaise
  • Add raisins
  • Let stand about 2 hours before serving.
