White cabbage salad

White cabbage is a vegetable with exceptional virtues, rich in vitamins and low in calories.

Cooked salad, white cabbage also brings freshness and flavor.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 1 cabbage off white
  • 100 g black raisins
  • 2 apples
  • 1 Dressing (3 tbsp’oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon mustard)
  • 2 tbsp cheese or yogurt
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe for white cabbage salad:

Begin by removing the outer leaves, usually the dirtiest and thicker

  • Cut the cabbage into 4 and thinly slice each quarter in the lengthwise
  • Wash the cabbage
  • Peel, core and cut the apples into slices
  • Combine cabbage, raisins and apples in a bowl
  • Mix cottage cheese with dressing
  • Add all the cabbage mixture, raisins and apples
  • Salt and pepper

L’ideal then is to keep the cabbage salad in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
