Input or appetizer, here's a great way to cook black radish in the’partnering with sesame.

Cooking time : No cooking
In your cart:
- ½ horseradish
- 20g sesame seeds
- olive oil of your choice (lemon, basil, ...)
In the closet:
- salt and freshly ground pepper
Recipe slices of radish and sesame
Heat a frying pan and add the sesame seeds.
Make them brown bareback (no fat) for 5-7 min. stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, rinse the black radish and cut into thin slices.
Place on 2 plates, pour 1 drizzle of olive oil of your choice.
Season lightly and serve.
If you want to sweeten the taste of black radish, choose basil oil. However, if you want to add a touch of spice and fruit, opt for lemon oil!
