Apple remoulade, cabbage and carrots

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • The juice’1 lime
  • 2 tbsp crushed hazelnuts
  • 2 tbsp’oil’olive
  • Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

This recipe is simple and good health thanks to’delicious combination of vegetables and fruit of’winter.

  • Start by peeling the potatoes and carrots
  • Remove the top of the cabbage
  • Wash the cabbage and carrots
  • Grate the’all ing√©rdients
  • Crush hazelnuts

In a bowl or on individual plates,

  • Toss vegetables with crushed hazelnuts

Make the’seasoning in a bowl

  • Put 3 tbsp’oil’olive
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pour over the remoulade
