Ratatouille is a recipe for’Southern was composed of stewed vegetables.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 3 courgettes
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves’garlic
  • 2 onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil’olive
  • Bouquet garni (thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, basil)

Ratatouille recipe:

The success of ratatouille lies mainly in cooking that has to be long and sweet to d’have slightly candied vegetables.
