Pure broccoli


Broccoli is a vegetable that is cooked perfectly mashed, especially to accompany poultry and game.

Easy and quick to make, here's the broccoli puree recipe.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 600 g broccoli
  • 2 potatoes puree
  • 25g butter
  • 20 cl fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper

This broccoli puree recipe is both quick and easy to make and the result is really delicious!

  1. Start by peeling and washing potatoes
  2. Wash broccoli
  3. Cut the potatoes and broccoli into pieces
  4. Fill a large pot’salted water and bring to boil
  5. Put the potatoes and broccoli pieces in’boiling water
  6. Cook for 15 minutes fire covered
  7. Once cooked must drain well in a colander
  8. Then go to the mixer with the butter, cream and possibly a little milk to have a good consistency, neither too thick nor too thin
  9. Salt and pepper

Broccoli puree is served hot, as an accompaniment to white meat, game, d’filet mignon or d’a fish.
