Peppers stuffed with bulgur

Here is a simple, fresh and balanced recipe that does not fail to colors and flavors.

To taste the’was to accompany grilled chicken or fish like salmon, you'll appreciate the crisp bulgur contrast with the sweetness of the peppers

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 peppers not too big
  • 250g bulgur end
  • zucchini
  • 1 bel onion
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Some strands parsley flat
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe of peppers stuffed bulgur

Start by cutting the cap of each pepper, empty them of all their seed then wash

  • Heat a large pot’Salt water and cook the bulgur
  • Peel and mince the’onion, finely
  • Peel and remove the seeds of’garlic and chop finely
  • Chop parsley
  • Cut the zucchini into small cubes

Heat a drizzle of’oil’olive oil in a frying pan

  • Sauté the diced courgettes 2-3 minutes on high heat
  • Add the chopped onions and the’chopped garlic
  • Remove from heat once the golden vegetables

Preheat oven to 180 °

  • Combine bulgur with vegetables
  • Top each pepper bulgur mixture, zucchini, tomatoes, onion, parsley and garlic
  • Close each pepper with hat
  • Bake for 15 minutes
