Pav buf chocolate sauce red wine

Surprise your friends with this delicious beef steak recipe, chocolate sauce and red wine. You will be on your side suprised by the ease and quality of this recipe.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 6 beef paved (or steaks)
  • parsley

For the sauce:

  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 40 g of butter
  • 300 ml burgundy wine (tannin)
  • 30g sugar
  • 80 g chocolate Lindt Universal

Recipe Beef steak, chocolate sauce and red wine

Preparing the sauce:

  • Finely chop the shallot
  • Place the olive oil and butter in a saucepan over medium heat
  • Add shallots and blanch stirring often to avoid burning the
  • Add the red wine and sugar and reduce heat to low
  • When the sauce has reduced to ¾ out of the heat, then gently add the chocolate squares mixing.

Cooking steaks and presentation:

  • Put a skillet over high heat without fat
  • Add salt / pepper tournedos on each side before firing
  • Bake at your convenience
