Pochs dasperges eggs with green tips

Green asparagus blend perfectly with eggs, so here is an excellent introduction to these poached eggs to tip of’green asparagus.

Simple and sophisticated, c’is also a recipe quite easy to achieve.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 16 asparagus green
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 baguette
  • Some leaves of chews
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil’olive

Recipe for poached eggs to tip of’green asparagus

L’poached egg with asparagus is a recipe that is preferably carried out in the spring, when the asparagus is freshly harvested.

  • Start by cutting the base of the asparagus to keep only the tips of about 7-8 cm
  • Peel the asparagus
  • Bring a pan of’Water boiling
  • Plunge the asparagus for 10-12 min

Achievement of poached eggs:

  • Bring a large pan (or skillet) d’Water boiling
  • Break each egg into a ladle and dip the ladle in’water so as to deposit’egg without breaking the yolk
  • Wait for’water boils again, then stop the fire, leaving the eggs in the’water for 3 to 4 min

Toast toast toaster

  • Cut the baguette into large slice (taken in the diagonal to reach 7-8 cm in diameter)
  • Toast the baguette pieces

Arrange the plates,

  • Ask a slice of toasted baguette on’plate
  • 4-point drop over green asparagus
  • Finally, apply the’poached egg on top
  • Decorate’plate with a few lamb's lettuce leaves seasoned with’net of’oil’olive
