This dessert is so easy and quick to prepare with the mug-cake inspiration crumble yogurt. Fresh and light, it should be the’unanimity around the table.
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 1/2 yogurt
- 1 salad pot exotic fruits (20 cl)
- 30 g flour
- 30g butter
- 1 tsp. tablespoon scoop of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Coffee bicarbonate
Recipe Mug crumble cake with yogurt
- Pour half of the yogurt in a mug and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes ideally.
- Drain the fruit salad.
- Mix flour, butter, sugar and baking fingertips to make a paste to crumble quite fine.
- Remove the freezer mug, deposit the fruit salad and paste crumble.
- Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 W.
- To overcome’a good portion of whipped cream and enjoy!
