Surprise your friends and family with this delightful mug cake with clementine, heart fudge, both fresh and delicious.
Ingredients for 1 mug (1 person)
- 30g butter
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons juice Clementine
- 1 tsp. tablespoon scoop of sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. to shave tablespoons flour
- 1/2 tsp. Coffee bicarbonate
- 1 chocolate bar

Place the butter and clementine juice in a mug. Melt butter 10 seconds in the microwave (or pan).
Add sugar and mix together with the mug cools down a little (or use another vessel).
Pour into another cold mug for added security (and prevent the’egg will coagulate before’be mixed).
Mix the highly’egg, flour and baking with a fork, then remove the chocolate bar vertically in the middle of the mug.
Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes at 1000 W.
