Mussels with Roquefort

If there is indeed a successful marriage between cheese and mussels, c’is that of mussels in Roquefort. A fine recipe, easy and quick to perform.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 150 g roquefort
  • 1 kg of molds
  • 1 c. cornflour
  • 1 yolk’egg
  • 2 glasses of white wine
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1 clove’garlic.

Recipe mussels with Roquefort

Put the mussels in a large pan with the white wine, the’shallot and garlic to’ground garlic. Let the open.

Strain the juice, put it in a small saucepan. Book mussels warm. In a ramekin, put the yolk’egg, cornstarch and crush Roquefort. Add the juice to the pan and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour this mixture over the mussels and serve.

Recommended wine: a Sauvignon Blanc.
