With delicious fresh and varied vegetables, sliced duck breast cooked in a wok and is a very good recipe.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 duck breast
- 650 g of vegetables (carrots, zucchini, polka dot greedy, broccoli, peppers, shoots ofspinach, cives, onions red)
- 1 small chili pepper
- 4 c. soup soy sauce
- 2 c. soup honey
- 1 c. Coffee ground ginger
- 2 c. tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 c. tablespoons grapeseed oil
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground pepper.
Recipe of sliced duck breast and vegetables in wok
Cut the duck into thin slices across the width. Place them in a dish containing soy sauce, honey and finely chopped chilli.
Marinate for 10 minutes to cool.
Make brown the sliced duck in a wok with the oil for 1 minute and set aside. Discard the cooking fat. Pour the vegetables in the wok and fry 1 minute on high.
Add the marinade and 20 ounces of water. Continue cooking for 10 minutes over high heat, then add the sliced breast and sprinkle with ginger.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring gently.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
