Milkshake apricot-fishing


Treat yourself with this recipe for apricot-peach milkshake, easy, fast and vitamins.

No cooking

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 8 apricots
  • 4 nectarines (Or peaches)
  • 75 cl milk
  • ½ lemon
  • 4 scoops vanilla.

Recipe of apricot-peach milkshake

Wash fruit and cut in half to remove the kernels. Warning: Fisheries ideally be peeled before being stoned. In which case they are immersed seconds in boiling water to facilitate peeling.
Resize roughly into pieces.

Squeeze half a lemon and lemon juice fruit. Place the fruit in the blender jar (or blender). Failing blender or mixer bowl, it can realize the preparation blender. In this case, pour the ingredients into a tall container and wide enough to let the foot of the mixer (eg a water jug).

Pour the milk and add 4 scoops vanilla. Mix and serve immediately in juice glasses with wide straws.

Variations:


In a non-dairy version fruits are mixed in a blender with a sweet tea flavored with spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, pepper ...) and fresh herbs such as mint, lemon balm, lemon verbena, lemon grass and ... ice. Serve immediately to keep the ice sensation.
