Crumble pears spculoos

Quick and easy to prepare, here is a recipe crumble revisited with the stewed pears spiced, crispy and light dessert.

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 2 pears William
  • 4 spéculoos

In the closet

  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 c. coffee sugar (optional)

Crumble recipe with caramelised pears

  • Peel the pears, cut into four, remove the heart and detail the areas into small cubes.
  • Confire them in a pan with the butter and sugar (optional) for 10 min.

Meanwhile, coarsely crushed speculoos.

  • Divide candied pears 2 small glasses and sprinkle with crushed biscuit. Still warm taste.

For the impatient:

Just cut your fruit brunoise (small cubes) and place them on top biscuit crumbs
