Quick and easy to prepare, here is a recipe crumble revisited with the stewed pears spiced, crispy and light dessert.

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 pears William
- 4 spéculoos
In the closet
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 c. coffee sugar (optional)
Crumble recipe with caramelised pears
- Peel the pears, cut into four, remove the heart and detail the areas into small cubes.
- Confire them in a pan with the butter and sugar (optional) for 10 min.
Meanwhile, coarsely crushed speculoos.
