Crumble zucchini, mint and basil

This is an original recipe and an original way to cook zucchini.

Savory crumble zucchini will surprise you and your guests, as a starter or main course.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 2 beautiful zucchini
  • 150g softened butter
  • 150g of flour
  • water
  • 1 clove’garlic
  • Basil, mint
  • 100g grated parmesan
  • Oil’olive
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe zucchini crumble:

  • Preheat oven to 180 °

The recipe for zucchini crumble is easy and relatively fast, cooking is important.

  • Partially peeled zucchini, leaving some fine strips of skin
  • Cut zucchini into rounds
  • In a pan, fry the courgette slices with’chopped garlic and the’oil’olive
  • remove from heat once the colorful zucchini

Preparing the crumble topping:

This step is very easy, just mix the flour, softened butter and grated parmesan with fingers

Establishment and cooking zucchini crumble:

In a baking dish,

  • Butter the bottom of the dish
  • Place the slices in layers zucchini
  • Alternate with a few sheets of mint and basil chiselled
  • Cover with the crumble topping
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of your dish
  • Position to grill a few minutes out of the oven
